John 3:5 ~ "Verily, verily, I say unto thee, except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God."

Every year on the second Sunday of July, Coptic churches throughout Chicago gather on the shores of Lake Michigan to perform the rite of baptism.

This is one such Sunday.
